Ottawa's Go-To Detailer Needed a Site That Matched the Work

Summit Detailing Ottawa, led by Marc, is a certified auto, boat, and RV detailing operation serving Ottawa, Kanata, Barrhaven, Metcalfe, and surrounding areas. Mobile service, in-shop ceramic coating, paint correction, interior detailing — the quality of the work was there. The website wasn't. An outdated design, no pricing, no clear service structure, and no system to capture or follow up with inbound leads. Siznex came in, tore it down, and rebuilt it properly.

Challenge and Approach

What We Were Solving For

A detailing business lives on local trust and repeat bookings. The website had to capture intent, build credibility instantly, and route every inquiry into a system Marc could actually manage.

The Challenge

Three different service verticals (car, RV, boat) with different audiences, seasonality, and pricing — all competing for space on a flat site with no clear hierarchy.

Marc was handling every inquiry manually. No CRM meant leads were tracked in texts, emails, and memory. Nothing was followed up on systematically.

Ottawa detailing is a competitive local market. The site needed to rank for local keywords across multiple service types and multiple neighborhoods.

Pricing was entirely hidden, forcing every potential client to call or email before knowing if the service was in budget. High friction, low conversion.

The Approach

Built three fully separate service sections, each with dedicated landing pages, unique copy targeting the relevant audience, and its own booking path.

Integrated OrbisX CRM directly into every contact form on the site. Every submission routes into Summit's pipeline instantly, with full lead history accessible from one dashboard.

Structured the site with Ottawa, Kanata, Barrhaven, and Metcalfe woven into relevant copy. Homepage, service pages, and footer all target local intent without geographic keyword stuffing.

Published a transparent pricing table with starting points for each service tier and vehicle size. Reduces friction, sets expectations, and pre-qualifies leads before contact.
