A Non-Medical Home Care Agency Starting From Zero

Garnet Home Health LLC is a licensed non-medical home care agency serving Lavon, TX and surrounding communities. When they came to Siznex, they had no web presence. No brand online. No way for families searching for caregivers to find them or trust them enough to call. The brief was clear: build a full website that earns trust immediately, explains every service clearly, and makes it frictionless to book or refer.

What We Were Solving For

Home care is a high-trust category. Families are making decisions about their most vulnerable loved ones. The website had to do serious credibility work before a single call was made.

The Challenge

No existing website, brand assets, or digital footprint to build from. Everything started at zero.

Home care is a trust-heavy, emotional category. Visitors need to feel confidence immediately or they leave to find someone else.

Six distinct services needed their own pages, each optimized for different local search intent without duplicating content.

Multiple conversion paths needed to coexist: direct calls, appointment bookings, referrals, and insurance inquiries.

The site had to reflect genuine compassion and warmth while remaining professional enough to attract institutional referrals.

The Approach

Built the full site on WordPress with Elementor, giving the Garnet team complete control over content updates without developer dependency.

Designed a warm, credibility-first visual identity: real imagery, clear service breakdowns, and trust signals throughout every page.

Architected six dedicated service pages, each with unique copy, structured FAQ content, and internal linking to funnel local search traffic effectively.

Installed and configured Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and map embed to track every conversion path and support future ad campaigns.

Integrated Rockwall Chamber of Commerce membership badge and referral/insurance pages to signal legitimacy to both families and institutional partners.
