Find your forever friend.
Furever is a pet adoption app that makes finding a companion the joyful part — browse nearby animals, read their story, and book an adoption in minutes. We built the whole product, from the brand and a fresh mint UI to the native iOS and Android app.

Browse, meet, adopt.
Most pet-adoption platforms feel like classified-ad listings — low-res photos, sparse descriptions and no sense of personality. Furever wanted the opposite: rich photography, a discover-by-type feed, and a pet profile that answers every question a future owner has before they visit.
Make finding a forever friend as joyful as meeting one.
The look is warm and inviting: a clean white canvas, one fresh mint, generous pet photography and a playful paw-print wordmark. Approachable without being childish.
- P1Listings felt clinical. Text-heavy grids don’t connect people to animals; the feed had to lead with character photography and proximity.
- P2Profiles answered nothing. Potential adopters needed age, weight, temperament and a real About paragraph before committing to a visit.
- P3The ask felt too big. An Adoption CTA had to feel warm and easy, not like signing a contract.
Three screens, one perfect match.
A welcome that warms the heart, a discovery feed that browses by species, and a pet profile that answers every question before the visit.

Meet your new best friend.
The opening screen is pure warmth: a full-bleed photo of a golden retriever and a tabby side by side on white, the headline “Find Your best pet near you” in a confident serif, and a warm subline promising a seamless, premium service. One mint-green 🐾 Get Started button and a clean bottom home bar. No sign-up wall.
- Hero photography that tells a story before you read a word
- A paw-print logo and warm serif headline, playful but never childish
- One mint Get Started button — zero friction from first open

Browse by species.
Home opens with a paw-print logo and “Adapt Your favorite animal”, then a search bar with filter, and a category strip — All, Cat, Dogg, Birds. Below, a two-column card grid: each tile shows the animal’s photo cutout, name, distance and a heart wishlist toggle — Oliver 1.6 km away, Tom 1.7 km, Simba 1.2 km.
- Search + filter bar for breed or name lookup
- All / Cat / Dog / Bird category chips for instant genre browsing
- Card grid with photo, name, proximity and a one-tap heart

Fall in love, then commit.
Tap a pet and it opens on a full-bleed photo — a Pomeranian named Tomy — with trait chips Friendly, Neat, Vocal and key stats 1.5 Years, Male, 2.5 kg, $1200. An About paragraph gives the personality story, and a single mint 🐾 Adoption button at the bottom closes the decision warmly.
- Full-bleed pet portrait with breed, distance and price at a glance
- Trait chips (Friendly, Neat, Vocal) and age / sex / weight stats
- A single Adoption button — warm, confident, easy to tap
Welcome, discover, adopt.
All three screens together — from the first warm greeting to the pet you’ve decided to bring home.

Warm, open, repeatable.
Everything ships as named tokens and reusable components, so the Furever team can add a new species, a foster flow or a donation screen without redrawing a card.
Fresh mint carries every CTA, active category chip and the paw-print badge; a warm amber accent lands on wishlist hearts and distance badges. Everything else is white, generous padding and real pet photography.
A warm serif lifts brand moments and section accents; a clean geometric sans handles every label, distance and stat — legible and friendly at every size.

What it delivered.
Across both stores in its first weeks. Users said meeting the animals felt as warm as visiting in person.
From opening the app to tapping Adoption, the entire flow takes under five minutes for a new user.
Cat, Dog and Birds — built on a system the team extends with each new shelter partner.
We wanted people to fall in love with an animal before they even visited the shelter. Siznex gave us something that feels warm, moves fast and earns trust, and a system we keep building on.
